Slow Flow Yoga is appropriate for those who are looking for a slow-paced, relaxing practice. This class focuses on mindfully moving and breathing while slowly flowing through yoga poses. We will release blockages, strengthen and open our bodies, work on flexibility, and train the "monkey mind”... all while having fun!
