This class is super yummy for ending the week! Reset the nervous system and the whole body with Gentle Flow (vinyasa) Yoga paired with Yin Yoga.
So this means… a class which combines moving through basic poses (to warm the body) then simple poses (held for 3-5 minutes) which deeply calm the nervous system and slowly opens fascia tissue. This is suitable for all levels.
