Class will end with a deeply relaxing guided Welcome Everything Meditation while you rest on a yoga mat.

WHAT TO BRING | HOW TO PREPARE:
Wear yoga-type clothing with layers - you will warm up and cool down
Bring your yoga mat and any special props you want for the relaxation ending (we have some props)
Bring a water bottle and sweat towel if you like
Bring your journal (optional)
