Contraindications…. when to avoid getting in a hot tub:
when pregnant, play it safe and avoid overheating, such as in a hot tub or sauna
if you have had diarrhea within the last 48 hours
if you have any open wounds, sores or any skin rashes or conditions
if you have any health conditions or taking any medications, it is always advisable to check with your doctor first
